BGTK系列高速、高精密數(shù)控直驅(qū)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)是各類數(shù)控鏜銑床、復(fù)合磨床、數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)和加工中心的關(guān)鍵精密功能部件，也可以作為半自動(dòng)精密銑床、鏜床或其它機(jī)床的主要附件。
BGTK12系列轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)水平安裝于機(jī)床工作臺(tái), BGTK13系列轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)可水平或垂直于機(jī)床工作臺(tái)，作為機(jī)床的第四回轉(zhuǎn)軸，也可以直接作為機(jī)床的工作臺(tái)，
BGTK系列高速、高精密數(shù)控直驅(qū)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)，以多極稀土永磁低速大扭矩直接驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩電機(jī)為動(dòng)力，以高精度、高分辨率增量或絕對(duì)值編碼器為反饋元件，采用轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)專用軸承，各部分完美結(jié)合，取消了齒輪傳動(dòng)，無間隙、無摩擦，長期運(yùn)行精度無變化，高剛性、高動(dòng)態(tài)精度及重復(fù)定位精度。與相應(yīng)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置匹配，配套單軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可完成一個(gè)或兩個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)的任意角度定位和連續(xù)分度工作，與機(jī)床直線軸聯(lián)動(dòng)可完成各種復(fù)雜零件的曲線加工。機(jī)床可實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度加工等分和不等分的孔、槽及連續(xù)特殊曲面。
轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)可根據(jù)客戶要求提供矩形或圓形臺(tái)面。
轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)速根據(jù)客戶要求在最大轉(zhuǎn)速范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)計(jì)提供。
BGTK series high-speed、high-precision NC direct drive rotary table is the pivotal and precise function unit for every type of NC boring-milling machine、NC hobbling machine and machining center, it also can be the main accessories for semi-automatic precise milling machine、boring machine and other machine tools.
BGTK12 series rotary tables can be installed horizontally on the worktable of machine tool, BGTK13 series rotary tables can be installed either horizontally or vertically on the worktable of machine tool, as the fourth revolution shaft of machine tool, it also can be the worktable of machine tool directly.
BGTK series high-speed、high-precision NC direct DD rotary table use multi-poles rare-earth permanent magnet DD torque motor as the power, which has lower speed and bigger torque, it chooses high- accuracy、high-resolution incremental r absolute encoder as the feedback component, adopting special bearing for rotary table, the perfect combination of various parts, abandoning gear transmission result in without clearance、without friction, without the accuracy change during long-time running, and with high rigidity、high dynamic accuracy and
repeat position accuracy. With the matching driving device and single axes CNC system, it can achieve orientation for any angle with one or two rotating coordinate and continuous dividing work, and can accomplish curve processing for all kinds of complex parts. The machine tools can achieve high-precision for holes with divide or no divide、slots and continuous special curves.
We can provide rotary table with rectangle or round table top according to customer’s requirement.
We can customize the speed of rotary table.
